Heli-Yoga with Martha’s Heli-Hikes

Slow your pace, calm your mind, stretch your body, and
inhale exquisitely fresh mountain air! Yoga will focus your
mind and open your senses so you fully savour the sights,
sounds, smells and moods of nature in some spectacular
mountain landscapes.
You will enjoy a thrilling eight-minute helicopter flight to
a beautiful high mountain valley, where you will be dropped
off with Martha or another qualified hiking guide and yoga
instructor. Throwing your day pack on your back, with your
freshly-prepared gourmet lunch and water, you’ll walk to a
comfortable flat spot for a hatha yoga class with panoramic
views. You’ll love reaching up to the sky and balancing on
the earth in this gentle yet deeply satisfying hour of
mindful breathing and stretching, core strengthening, and
balance postures for all abilities.
You will continue your three-hour hike with your body and
senses alive and open, enjoying lunch beside a creek along
the way. Your helicopter will then come and pick you up for
your second flight of the day.

We offer 'hatha' yoga, meditation, a hike, a gourmet lunch and
scenic helicopter flights to and from spectacular subalpine
landscapes (for all abilities).

Three gentle hikes with 'hatha' yoga and meditation, tent
