The passenger assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property loss in connection with transportation or services provided by Icefield Helicopter Tours Inc., Kananaskis Mountain Helicopters Ltd. and RimRock Holdings Inc. and their employees, agents and representatives (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Operators”) resulting from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to: the risks, dangers and hazards of travelling in a remote, wilderness environment or negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty of care on the part of the Operators.  The passenger agrees that the Operators shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death, or property loss and releases the Operators and waives all claims with respect thereto.  The passenger agrees that any litigation involving the Operators shall be but solely within the Province of Alberta and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.  The passenger further agrees that these conditions and any rights, duties and obligations as between the passenger and the Operators shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and no other jurisdiction.
