• Responsible for customer care
• Reservation and sales by telephone, email and in person
• Flight and adventure package processing
• Digital photography, processing and sales
• Customer flight safety briefing
• Computer data entry, flight tracking
• Preparation & evaluation of customer source reports
• Marketing program contribution for corporate and
consumer promotion packages
• Website review and composition evaluation
• Social media review and composition evaluation
• Radio operation coordinating flight information and flight tracking
• Gift shop sales and inventory control
• Heliport terminal maintenance & cleanliness
• Drive guest shuttle van to/from Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise
• Other duties as assigned by management

Tour Pilots - To apply, must be
in possession of a Canadian Commercial Helicopter Pilot License, valid
medical, Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, class 4 drivers license and a
